2019 Foster Festival Sponsorship Opportunities
For the past 9 years, Arizonans for Children has been conducting a free festival for kids in foster care in partnership with Enchanted Island Amusement Park. In Arizona alone, there are over 15,000 children in the foster care system with approximately 600 being removed from their homes each month. Of the homeless population, 27% have spent time in foster care. By the time foster youths age out of the system, 25% of them will be incarcerated before they reach 20 years of age. Only 54% of foster children will earn a high school diploma and less than 3% will earn a college degree. The stats are alarming and we are requesting your support.
Arizonans for Children, Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation, [Tax ID # 02-0651198] raises money to support the most vulnerable, disadvantaged and needy group of children in our society – foster children who have been abused, maltreated or neglected and removed from their homes by Department of Child Safety.

Last year 3,211 people attended this free event. We expect this event to be even bigger than last year. Hundreds of volunteers and vendors will participate.
The smiles on the children’s faces were something to behold. I overheard one child say,” Dad, this was the best day ever.” Children in foster care so rarely get to experience a day like Fabulous Foster Festival. It is a day that they will never forget.
We are hoping that you will help us by sponsoring an invoice for the event or by helping us feed the children at the festival. Your donation will make this event possible and it will bring joy to the abused, neglected and abandoned children who are in the foster care system in Maricopa.
Event Description
At the Amusement Park there will be activities for 2—18 year olds [adults also]:

Sponsorship Opportunities
All gifts and donations received will be directly applied to cover the costs of this event.
Event Partner - $20,000
This entity will be a full partner and will be billed as such, and receive signage and as well as significant mentions during the Program. Each volunteer will have this partner’s name on their T-Shirt and acknowledgement in the post Event Video.
Gold Sponsors - $10,000
This sponsor will receive signage and as well as significant mentions during the Program and acknowledgement in the post event video.
Silver Sponsors--$5,000
This sponsor will receive signage and as well as significant mentions during the Program.
Arizonans for Children is a qualifying charitable organization under Arizona tax laws (A.R.S. 43-1088) and, as such, individuals who file Arizona income tax returns qualify for the tax credit of $500 for a single filer or $1,000 for married couple filing joint return for contributing to a charity that serves low-income individuals. Please consult your accountant for further clarification of the tax credit.
